Slash is a reverse proxy written in Rust (hyper, quinn/h3, rustls): HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2,
HTTP/3, automatic Let's Encrypt, load balancing, compression, micro-cache, rate limiting,
static files and per-host security headers. SPMPlus adds the web panel that manages it.
